Every POLICY_SECONDS the agent pulls GET /api/voip/pbx/config (also its heartbeat) and writes [kamo-outbound-allowed] and [kamo-ai-extensions] as a managed section of extensions_custom.conf, plus one endpoint and one static AOR contact per AI extension in the pjsip custom-post files. The WebRTC reconciler skips AI extensions but still pins direct_media=no. Both writers run on every pull, not only when the version moves: an AI line is listed from PROVISIONING, before FreePBX has generated the endpoint, and the version does not change when it does. A reload that fails is owed and retried. A managed section is rewritten where it stands, so two sections in one file no longer reorder each other on every write. The AMI client redials when its kept connection has died, as it does on every Asterisk restart.

Compile a charter into an operating brief and a job description
RRuleText words every rule CharterRRule accepts (month-day and monthly weekday lists, an hourly rule's days) and quotes one it cannot read, so a single stored row never fails a brief. Items missing their text, reference or target are skipped or read as plain text; a threshold shows only on a monetary class; digits and job-description keys are the same on every JVM.

Show inherited qualifications on a posting's detail
A posting's public advert, the member's deep link and HR's editor now carry qualifications: [{category, importance, text}] (KamoAI SP03 D1) - the effective QUALIFICATION items of its department chain (root first) and job title, required before preferred, with the posting's own education and experience winning over inherited items of those categories. Boards and lists stay null, so a board never pays a chain walk per row. The ancestor walk stops at 32 departments or the first repeat, as SecurityService's CharterLayerLoader does.

The gate also counts the number's newest REVOKED event, so a revocation survives its record moving to another number, a backdated re-grant and a stale whole-row save; AgentContactState updates only the columns a writer changed, and consent events refuse to be rewritten.

KamoAiShiftTickJob POSTs kamoai-service's K2 tick (/api/kamoai/internal/tick) every minute with X-Internal-Auth = KAMOAI_INTERNAL_SECRET, mapped onto kamoai.internal-auth-secret in the ConfigMap. A blank secret is logged at ERROR and skipped; a failing runtime is logged, never thrown at Quartz.
