AI Team Members
Everything about one AI team member: what it is, how to hire it, how to give it a job, and how to stay in charge of what it does.
What you'll find here

- How to Supervise an AI Team Member: its workbench, its runs, pausing, resuming and retiring it.
- The AI Charter Explained: how a job is described, layer by layer, and what the AI is actually told.
- Job Templates and Personas: starting a job from a template, and the personas that answer your website chat.
- How to Approve or Reject an AI Action: deciding what it asks to do, on the web or on your phone, and correcting its wording first.
Who does what
Hiring needs the Manage Members permission. The AI Workforce app adds four more, which an administrator grants in a security role like any other permission:
- View AI Workforce: see the SI Workforce page and what each SI is doing.
- Supervise AI Members: supervise the AI members you are the supervisor of: read their runs, watch their computer, listen to their calls, pause and resume them.
- Approve AI Actions: decide the approvals assigned to you.
- Manage AI Workforce: edit AI members' charters, pause every AI member at once, set budget defaults, and retire an AI member. Together with Supervise AI Members, it lets you supervise every AI member, not only your own.
