How to Manage Email Domains

Add and verify a domain your email provider sends and receives on.

Before you start

An email provider must already be connected — this screen only appears for providers whose capabilities include domain management, reached via the gear icon on the active provider's card.

Steps

1. On Email General Settings, click the gear icon on your active provider's card, then open the Domains tab.
2. Click Add Domain, enter the domain name, and confirm — adding a domain may require DNS verification.
3. If a domain shows Pending Verification, click Verify to see the exact DNS records (Type/Name/Value/Priority) it's waiting on, then click Verify Now once you've added them.
4. Click Set as Default on a verified domain to make it the default for new mailboxes.
5. Click Sync to refresh domain status from your provider.

To remove a domain

Click the delete action and confirm — this is permanent.
