How to View Your Call History

Review your recent calls and quickly call one of them back.

Steps

1. Open the softphone (top nav phone icon → Call) and click the History tab. A red badge on the tab shows your missed-call count.
2. Filter the list with the chips at the top: All, Inbound, Outbound, Missed, Recorded.
3. On any call row:
   • Click the call-back icon to redial that number.
   • If the call was recorded, click the play icon to open the recording in the media player.
   • Click More for Add to contacts.
4. Scroll down to load older calls; click Refresh to pull the latest.

What you'll see

Selecting call-back opens the Dial tab with that number ready to place, the same as dialing it by hand.
