How to Set Your Calendar Preferences

Set the defaults KamoUniverse applies to new events and invitations you receive — your default RSVP, reminder, and calendar.

Steps

1. On the Calendar page, click the gear icon (Calendar Settings) in the toolbar. A Calendar preferences panel opens on the right.
2. Under Default RSVP, pick how you want to respond to invitations by default: Needs action, Accepted, Declined, or Tentative.
3. Toggle Auto-add events from invites if you want calendar invitations you receive to be added to your calendar automatically.
4. Under Default reminder, pick a Reminder time (5/10/15/30 minutes or 1 hour before) and a Reminder method (Email, Popup, or SMS) — this is what a new event gets if you don't set reminders on it yourself.
5. Under Default calendar, pick which calendar new events land on by default, or None.

What you'll see

Each choice saves the moment you make it — the panel shows Saving… and then a brief Saved confirmation, with no separate save button to press.
