How to Manage Phone Extensions

View every extension across all connected phone providers, and unassign one from a member.

Before you start

The Manage VOIP Settings right.

Steps

1. Go to Settings → Phone System(s) → Extensions.
2. Search by extension number, display name, or provider instance using the search box.
3. Click Sync Now to pull the latest extension data directly from your connected providers.
4. To unassign a member from an extension, click the unassign icon on their row and confirm.

What you'll see

Each row shows which provider instance the extension belongs to, its number, display name, assigned member (linking to their Phone Settings), and status. Assigning a member to an extension is done from that member's own Phone Settings tab, not here.
