How to Browse the Knowledge Base

Find and read Knowledge Base articles without already knowing what you're looking for.

Before you start

Access to the Knowledge Base.

Steps

1. Click Knowledge Base in the left sidebar. You land on the Articles tab, the Knowledge Base home page.
2. On the left, the Articles panel shows every article you can see as a tree — articles with children show an expand arrow; click it to reveal nested articles, or click the article's title directly to open it.
3. On the right, above the fold, Pinned Articles shows any articles an author has pinned to the home page — click a card to open it.
4. Below that, Recent Articles lists articles from the tree (most recently added first) as a simple clickable list.

What you'll see

You land on the article's own page — see its title, status badge, breadcrumb trail back through its parent articles, and its content.
