How to View and Manage Your Notifications
Browse your notification history, and act on individual notifications.
Steps
- Click the bell icon in the top navigation bar for your most recent notifications, or open the full Notifications page for everything from the last 30 days, grouped by day.
- Choose what to Show: All, Unread or Read, and optionally a single kind, such as Task assigned, Approval request or Mention.
- On any notification:
- Click it to open what it's about and mark it read. Some kinds carry a button of their own, such as Join meeting, Open in calendar or, for an AI member's request, Review.
- Click Snooze to be reminded again later: in a few minutes, in an hour, or 5 minutes before it starts.
- Use More options to turn off that kind of notification entirely, or to go to the notification settings.
- Click Dismiss or Delete to remove it.
- Click Mark all read to clear unread status across the board.
- To pause everything for a while, click Pause for 2 hours. It reads Paused until the two hours are up; click it again to turn it off early.
What you'll see
Read, snoozed and dismissed states update immediately. If your connection drops, the page shows a reconnecting notice and new notifications appear again once it's back. Nothing is lost while you're offline: your history is kept on the server, not in your browser.
Change what you're told about
Open the Settings tab of the Notifications page (or Notification settings from any notification's More options). There you choose how you're told, when to stay quiet, and which kinds you hear about at all. See The Notification Center.
