How to Review AI Usage and Costs

See how much your organization is using AI, broken down by provider, model, person and day.

Before you start

You need the Manage AI Settings permission.

Steps

1. Go to Settings → Super Intelligence → Overview → Usage And Spend.
2. Review the summary tiles: Total Requests, Total Tokens, Estimated Cost and Active Users.
3. Choose the period with Start Month and End Month.
4. Scroll through the breakdowns: Usage by Provider, Usage by Model, Usage by User, and Usage Over Time.
5. Click Refresh to reload, or Export CSV to save the data.

What you'll see

This is a reporting screen; there is nothing to configure here. The costs are estimates from the prices recorded for each model in the AI Provider Registry; your AI provider bills you directly.
