How to Download Multiple Documents as One File

Select several documents and download them together, either as one merged PDF or as a ZIP.

Steps

1. In the Document Manager, select the documents you want using the row checkboxes (from any of the document tabs — Original Docs, Edited Docs, System Docs, and so on).
2. Click the Prepare Selected (N) tab that appears once at least one document is checked.
3. Reorder the list by dragging rows (the grip icon) or using the up/down arrows next to each row — this sets the order documents will appear in the merged output.
4. Click a row to preview it in the right-hand panel (page-by-page, when a preview is available).
5. At the bottom, choose the output format: Merged PDF or ZIP, and optionally check Include modifications to include any edited/annotated version of each document rather than the original.
6. Click Finished - Download Selected.

What you'll see

Your browser downloads either one merged PDF or a ZIP archive containing all the selected documents in the order you set.
